Our Full Service Wedding Planning package includes the following services:

Complete wedding weekend planning (not just the wedding day) including all pre-events, ceremony, reception
Personalized planning roadmap + monthly check-ins to keep everything organized and stress-free
Vendor sourcing and recommendations
Design direction for every detail (colors, textures, florals, lighting, linens, stationery, signage, stage/mandap, tablescapes, etc.)
Mood boards + visual mockups
Guest experience planning (welcome moments, signage flow, timeline pacing, crowd management, comfort + convenience details)
Hotel room blocks + logistics planning (shuttles, parking, check-in timing)
Full ceremony + reception program planning (entrances, speeches, performances, special moments, timings, cultural elements)
Family + bridal party coordination so everyone knows where to be, when, and what to do
Detailed vendor production schedules so every vendor is aligned and nothing falls through the cracks

Our Month & Day of Coordination package includes the following services:

Involvement starts 4 weeks before the wedding
Refining the event itineraries, schedules, floor plans, and key logistical planning documents that you have already started working on
Confirming contract details and day-of arrival times with all vendors
Serving as the main point of contact for all vendor communication
Connecting with vendors ahead of the wedding to review the event plan, ensuring everyone understands their roles, timelines, and locations (with detailed coordination notes shared with key stakeholders including the venue team, vendors, and family representatives)
Setting up personal/detail items such as favors, seating charts, welcome signs, program/menu cards, e-shoot photo frames, etc.
Overseeing vendor setup on event days to ensure all products and services align with contracted expectations
Distributing remaining vendor balances on behalf of the couple
1 site visit (for events local to Raleigh, NC)
